NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:
All sales will be final for items whose decreased value upon release is contingent upon shareable data that is certifiably recognizable for its use in conjunction intellectual property rights, including:
(1) Digital products, including, online courses, MP3 or MPEG 1 Audio Files, their compressed files or tracks.
(2) Downloadable products, including, e-courses, e-books, e-guides, e-plans, e-reports, e-proposals, e-contracts, and e-policies, etc.
(3) Data downloaded to Portable USB Drives and other transferable hardware and/or memory drives.
(4) Personalized and/or customized products whose creation was mutually agreed between parties.
